What it is

Internal tool to manage the operations for a contractor-based entertainment company. Deployed to end users via native mobile app and to company admins on a desktop web app.

How it works

We developed the initial version of the two products over the course of 8 weeks across 3 phases of work.

User Flows

User type: End-user (Haiku poet)

• Log into account and set up profile
• Receive and manage event invitation availability
• Submit and manage invoices for completed events
• Communicate with company admin for all event-related questions
• Submit requests for supporting materials

User type: Company admin

• Generate new end-user profiles + trigger automated email invitation
• Transfer event-related data from Hubspot to Firebase via automation
• Manage event invitations and end-user assignments
• Communicate with all end users
• Manage all incoming invoices
• View feed of all high-priority notifications of end-user activity
